FORMING

From tube bending to hydraulic pressing and more, MOTO Group has the skills, tools, and experience to bring your ideas to life.

Tube Bending:
Moto Group offers a variety of bending options for our customers. Our CNC bender offers complex part geometry, high volume, and repetitive part tolerance requirements. With the ability to bend up to 12’ tubes, making it ideal for the automotive, architectural, and aerospace industries.

Tube End Forming:
Our automated tube end former has the ability to do custom end forming, expanding, reducing, double/single flaring, beading, deburring, and flanging on various tube diameters. It can hold tight tolerance sizing of the ID and OD of tubing. With quick-change drop-in tooling, this allows us to be versatile in what we can offer our customers. Tube materials for sizing include steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium, and aluminum.

Louvering:

Our Sanderson Louver Machine is built for production parts and wields a linear cutting speed of 125 feet per minute.

Hydraulic Press:

Our C-Frame Press/Punch style machines offer some of the most versatility on the market. An extra-large throat depth, height, and an adjustable stroke allow for unlimited uses. With an in-house machine shop, the possibilities for pressing and punching are endless.

Drilling:

Our manufacturing floor offers multiple drill presses with speed capabilities up to 4000 RPM. These high speeds allow us to perform thermal friction drilling. These variable-speed drill presses are also equipped with auto-reversing tapping which increases our cycle time and productivity. Ultimately delivering the best cost and quality to our customers.
